“Nelson was awarded its first ever test match in mid-2017. At this time I engaged with three caterers in Nelson and it became very obvious during these early meetings that Kudos Food Design would be All Blacks Hospitality caterer of choice.
Kylie took the time to understand the delivery of All Blacks Hospitality, the importance of the brand and our requirement to keep a consistent product, particularly in our food delivery. She was engaging and continued to follow through with a variety of menus and plans around the beverage delivery.
The beverage delivery required Kudos Food Design to obtain a liquor licence and Kylie and her team were thoroughly professional during this process providing the Nelson City Council with comprehensive plans of the delivery process and subsequent client welfare.
The food delivery to All Blacks Hospitality clients on the night was outstanding. It was by far the best quality we experienced across six test matches in New Zealand in 2018. Our client feedback was exceptionally positive.
