Buffet:  Guests serve themselves to everything on offer at one long table (more cost effective)  – however the bridal table can be served directly

Family Style:  Food is served directly to the table in bowls for the guest to pass around the table. Plated in portions for guests to help themselves – larger tables are required with very limited décor to accommodate the food serve-wear
