  • Beetroot and ricotta tarts topped with mild blue cheese – baked
  • An alternative to nibbles is a grazing table offered to groups of 50 or more – enquire about this option

  • Basted lamb in Kudos marinade – carved at buffet 
  • Pork belly with Cranberry and pomegranate reduction 
  • Creamy Tomato Chicken with Jasmine rice topped with parmesan
