There's something special about sharing food family-style—passing platters, serving each other, and creating a warm, convivial atmosphere. Our family-style and buffet menus are designed for celebrations where connection and abundance matter.
Buffet Service: Guests serve themselves from an elegant display—more cost-effective and allows for easy mingling. The bridal table can be served directly.
Family Style: Food is served in beautiful bowls and platters directly to each table for guests to share. Creates an intimate, communal dining experience (requires larger tables with limited décor to accommodate serveware).

- Roast beef with horseradish and jus
- Chicken Marsala (marsala wine, mushroom and herb sauce)
- Pork loin with crackle and apple sauce
- Champagne ham with whole seeded mustard
Vegie Options
- Falafel balls with homemade hummus and tahini dressing
- Miso mushroom with rice and bok choy
- Pumpkin, kumara, feta, pinenut filo with sweet pistachio crumb, honey and thyme
Sides
- Fragrant coconut rice and fried shallot
- Creamy potatoes with chive
- Roasted agria with feta and mint
- New baby potatoes with butter and mint
- Salad greens, pear, blue cheese and sweet walnuts
- Broccoli, cranberry and apple with a raspberry dressing
- Honey roast pumpkin, roasted chickpea, dukkah feta and baby spinach
- Roast carrot and beetroot with burrata, honey and fresh thyme
- Mediterranean quinoa salad – tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, olives, feta and parsley

- Marry me chicken (Sundried tomato, spinach and parmesan sauce)
- NZ Pork belly with sweet port wine sauce, pickled red cabbage and pork crackle
